Product Information and Pricing

linkhubx Store works diligently to keep product descriptions, prices, specifications, and availability details accurate and current. Should an error occur in product information, pricing, or availability, we retain the right to rectify that error and cancel any orders placed on the basis of the incorrect information, at no cost to you. For goods that naturally vary (such as handmade items or products made from natural materials), minor differences in dimensions, weight, or appearance from the listed specifications may occur. Product details and warnings are supplied for reference purposes only; linkhubx Store cannot warrant that products are entirely free from cross-contamination during processing or packaging. Availability may differ depending on your delivery zone, pickup location, and chosen time slot.

Orders and Payment

Every order is contingent upon product availability and acceptance by linkhubx Store. We may decline or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including orders that appear fraudulent, breach these Terms, or cannot be fulfilled because of stock shortages. Full payment is required before an order is dispatched or collected, unless we have agreed otherwise in writing. All content appearing on linkhubx Store's platforms — including text, images, logos, software, private label product packaging, and the "linkhubx Store" name and branding — belongs exclusively to linkhubx Store and is safeguarded by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any linkhubx Store content without our explicit written consent. User Responsibilities

Governing Law

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of linkhubx Store's services shall first be submitted to linkhubx Store's customer support team for informal resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, it shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by a recognized arbitration provider in New York, NY, in accordance with the provider's commercial arbitration rules. The award of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on the parties, and may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.

Changes to These Terms

linkhubx Store may update, modify, or replace any portion of these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. Should we make material changes to these Terms, we will provide at least 30 days' advance notice via email to the address associated with your account, or via a prominent notice on our website. Your continued use of our services after the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
